Maintenance Worker (Handyman)

Part Time or Full Time

Location: Roswell, New Mexico

Pay Range: $14 to $19 an hour

Roebuck Entertainment is seeking a Maintenance Worker  to help create and maintain tourist attractions in Roswell, NM. We are a creative work environment and rely heavily on team work to create magical moments for our guests. The Maintenance Worker will help our attraction managers to keep everything running smoothly and implement improvements to our properties. 

Job Responsibilities:

Complete routine maintenance on mechanical systems

Perform or assist with needed repairs on all properties

Interface with hired contractors on more complex repairs/improvements

Solve basic electrical and plumbing issues

Perform construction on items such as large set pieces, tables, and shelves

Other duties as assigned by Office Manager

Job Requirements:

Solid experience with carpentry

Basic electrical experience and understanding

Painting experience

Basic plumbing experience

Ability to use power tools 

Move heavy objects, sometimes 50 lbs or more

Well qualified candidates will also have:

Welding experience 

Landscaping experience

Computer experience including spreadsheets

A college degree

Experience working with passionate, crazy people

The ability to think way outside the box
